Thankyou – Exercise for Food with Bodyfit Academy

Can you spare an hour to help feed local people in crisis? Of course you can!
And you did!

EDIT –  A huge thankyou to everyone that joined in with the ‘Exercise for food’ event with Ben from Bodyfit Academy you raised a fantastic £195 for people in need of a helping hand in your community! Well done to you all.

On Saturday 18 April at 9.30am Ben from Bodyfit Academy  is hosting an event in aid of the foodbank and he wants you to join in, if you are a member or not!

Whether you are a fitness fanatic or an occasional foot tapper you can get involved in the exercise for food event! It is open to everyone of all abilities and, on the day, you can do as much or as little as y0u like, safe in the knowledge that you are doing a great thing for people in crisis in your community.

Ben’s personal message

On Saturday 18th April at 9.30am we’re running a virtual group workout in exchange for donations to Atherton & Leigh Foodbank.

The current situation means people have to stay at home which can impact mental and physical health and also many people are struggling more than normal with putting food on the table. So we thought we would let non-clients join in our Saturday virtual LIVE group workout on 18th April @ 9.30am for donations to help tackle both situations.

Simply make any donation that you can, anything is much appreciated

Once you have made a donation, the information of how to join in our group virtual workout will be sent on your donation confirmation email.

Any fitness level is fine as you can work at your own pace. You can either join in the live workout with your camera on or off. It’s up to you.

You obviously can also make a donation even if you don’t plan on taking part on Saturday 18th
