ASDA Leigh 3 day food drive 2026

Volunteers needed 8th, 9th & 10th of May

The annual ASDA food drive is back, and we need you to help us over 3 days of collecting food, toiletries and cash from the always generous shoppers in the Atherleigh Way store.

As always we will be in store from 9am – 5pm, and would hope to have at least 5 or 6 volunteers for every 2 hour slot, so we will need a good number of people who are willing to give up their time to help local people facing hardship.

The roles we have include handing out shopping lists, accepting donations at our table and holding our bucket for people to donate cash. We are happy for anyone to help, from 10 years old to 100 years old, and all abilities, with a chair being available if required.

We can’t do it without the incredible support of our community so we know you’re ready and willing to get involved and all you have to do is  Get in touch with Bev and she can sign you up to your preferred day/s and time/s
