Asda Food Drive

Asda Leigh, 13th -15th June 2025  Food Drive

What a brilliant weekend we had at the Atherleigh Way store, with our volunteers being kept busy from minute 1 till the very end of the day on Sunday.

The amazing Asda shoppers did what they always do, by digging deep to help local people that are facing hardship and having a tough time, which resulted in us collecting a massive 2 tonnes of food and toiletries. You also kept our buckets busy with a good amount of cash donated (not yet counted sorry)

Thats enough food to keep us going for at least a couple of weeks and provide a minimum 1450 meals for people having a tough time, so unable to afford life’s essentials.

And of course, a huge thank you to every last person that put their hands in their pocket and donated such a massive amount, you really are keeping people alive and giving them the boost they need to help manage their finances and other hardships.
