Helen works directly with our Referral Agents, as well as seeking new agencies to invite into the pool. This will give you a faster way to contact us to ask questions, solve any problems, or sign up to be an E Referral Agent.
Helen is responsible for training all existing and new Referral Agents, to ensure we are all working together to help and support those in crisis using the electronic system.

If you do not have access to our system, but feel you meet or support people on a regular basis, that would benefit from a referral to the foodbank, please do get in touch.
We have many and varied E Referral Agencies including Schools, health visitors/midwives, Doctors surgeries, mental health teams, Citizens Advice, Wigan Council Life Centres and many more within the Areas we cover
If you’re an existing agent or agency and no longer wish to refer people, please contact Helen and she can remove your details from our register.
